Supermoon 2013 Part II

The rest of the story...

To finish off our supermoon celebration weekend, Saturday night, we got carry out from Iannucci's Pizzeria and watched the movie The Runner. About 11:15 p.m., we went outside to admire the beauty of the moon which caused us to reflect on how often we take it for granted.  We had deep discussions about the moon and the sun, why they are there, and how the sun keeps burning day after day.  All the deep conversation made our brains ache like a muscle that had just been over worked, so we headed off to bed.

The moon was to be at it's fullest Sunday at 7:32 a.m., so we were out early, only to find out we couldn't even locate it in the sky.  Next it was off to the NC Arboretum for an easy run.  Today we decided to pay closer attention to our surroundings and not buzz past them taking it all for granted.  I think we'll finish our supermoon celebration weekend with a Moon Pie!
