Guacamole Dip Recipe


You know we love to pass on our favorite recipes, so it's time to share our "Rockin' Guac" guacamole dip recipe! Hope ya love it like we do!...

Ingredients:
3 ripe Avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (Original or Mild), drained
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper
Tortilla chips, optional

Directions:
1. Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.

2 Serve with tortilla chips, if desired

    1. Just between the two of us, we can eat the whole thing. We have "fragile" tummies, so we get the mild Rotel tomatoes!

  2. Oh my gosh!! This was sooooo delicious. I just made it with my 12 year old budding chef. Both of us give it two thumbs up. Thanks for sharing.
