Looking out the window today, I couldn't bear the thought of running in the snow, ice and especially the wind, and it made me reflect on our treadmill, and I said to myself, "well, no matter what the weather is, we can always count on the treadmill to help us get our runs in" ...that is if the electricity doesn't go out!
...it also reminded me of a song by Jason Barie "That's how I can count on you" It is the very first bluegrass song we ever heard that we fell in love with when we moved to the mountains of western North Carolina...
"Like April can count on showers
The grass can count on the dew
And March can count on the wind wind windy days
That's how I can count on you"...
"Like April can count on showers
The grass can count on the dew
And March can count on the wind wind windy days
That's how I can count on you"...
Our idea of what you should do on a treadmill...
Shadow's idea of what you should do on a treadmill...
Stay warm & dry and have a Happy Thanksgiving!
