When you run with a friend you share lots of laughs, new jokes, updates on each others lives, you share interests and goals, and when the route that you planned to run is closed, you find new trails and new places because the friend you are running with knows the area like the back of her hand...
Perfect example: We ran an awesome 2 1/2 hour run this morning at DuPont State Forest with our friend Lydia. We had to change our running route because of trail repairs, and Lydia introduced us to new trails and a beautiful waterfall, Bridal Veil Falls... What an exciting run with great company, great conversation and lots of laughs!
