Biltmore Park Fun

We haven't run over at Biltmore Park for a while, so we thought it was time for a change of scenery and smells for Shadow and ourselves. 

The fall colors are starting to be beautiful.

The paths are relatively flat.

Quiet and serene.

This little bird house will have to wait for next spring to house a family.

Started to lightly rain right about now.

 After our run, we went to Woof Gang Bakery for some doggone fun time.

Shadow made a haul with a new toy, treats, and some Bowser Beer Cock-a-Doodle Brew.

"Cut the crap lady, and give me the cookie!"

"Thank you so much".

We wanted some treats for ourselves, so we had lunch at Neo Burrito, took home a jar of pickled okra, and picked up some new books at Barnes & Noble.

Did Buddha really say this? I don't know, but it sounds good to us.

In the mean time, this is part of Bart's "travel" to running 50+ next weekend by getting all his nutrition together so he's prepared on race day.
